Back of House - Kitchen Manager Candidates

Candidates must has the following attributes;

  • Min 3 years KM experience & live within 30 minutes of the location.
  • Strong References
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team building skills.
  • Proficient in the English language is a must for team training.
  • Must be an assertive leader will not being forceful but by a helpful teacher.

Back of House - Sous Chef

Role includes training to become a KM, as well as the following tasks & responsibilities;

  • Work closely with the KM to gain a complete understanding of the kitchen and staff.
  • Experience with SOP creation and execution.
  • Strong tenure at past locations.
  • Understand costing. Wage and Food cost or proven to understand their importance.
  • Positive communication skills and an assertive personality that will ensure proper staff training and guidance.
  • 5+ years cooking + a min 2 years of leadership position.
